Weekly Money and Bank Statistics were published by the CBRT.

Accordingly, as of March 17, the gross foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank increased by 4 billion 232 million dollars to 73 billion 928 million dollars. Gross foreign exchange reserves were at the level of 69 billion 696 million dollars on 10 March.

In the said period, gold reserves increased by 2 billion 643 million dollars from 50 billion 316 million dollars to 52 billion 959 million dollars.

Thus, the Central Bank’s total reserves increased by 6 billion 874 million dollars in the week of March 17 compared to the previous week, from 120 billion 13 million dollars to 126 billion 887 million dollars.
