100 thousand 867 of the sales transactions consisted of the sale of residences, 51 thousand 646 of the land, 93 thousand 187 of the fields, 10 thousand 542 of the workplace and the rest of the other immovables.
Transactions recorded in March increased by 83 percent compared to February, when 151,416 real estate sales were made.
Among the 10 provinces with the highest number of sales transactions, Istanbul ranked first with 32 thousand 149.
Istanbul with 20 thousand 876, Ankara with 15 thousand 18, Antalya with 11 thousand 596, Bursa with 11 thousand 37, Konya with 10 thousand 60, Tekirdağ with 8 thousand 479, Kocaeli with 8 thousand 347, with 7 thousand 550. Mersin and Balıkesir followed with 7 thousand 368.
