Kadri Samsunlu, the senior manager (CEO) of Istanbul Airport Operator İGA, shared the number of passengers using the airport in the first three months of 2023, compared to last year, on his social media account.

Accordingly, Istanbul Airport, which was used by 11 million 371 thousand passengers in the first three months of last year, reached 16 million 403 thousand passengers in the same period this year.

According to the table, Istanbul Airport, which was used by 3 million 466 thousand passengers in January, 3 million 549 thousand in February and 4 million 355 thousand passengers in March, this year 5 million 637 thousand passengers with an increase of 63 percent in January, 5 million 24 thousand with an increase of 42 percent in February and 20 percent in March. It hosted 5 million 742 thousand passengers with an increase of 32.
