“In 2018, we decided to build 14 thousand houses on a part of our 3.6 million square meter land in Arnavutköy, where we partnered with Emlak Konut GYO. The houses will be built by Emlak Konut and 2+1 apartments will be 80 square meters and 3+1 apartments will be 110 square meters. Prices are 2+ It is planned to be around 2.5-3 million TL for 1’s and 3.5-4 million TL for 3+1’s. It will be financed by THY and Emlak Konut.
“75 thousand THY family members will be eligible”
Ahmet Bolat said the following about who can benefit from the housing project, which they plan to lay the foundations of after the Ramadan Feast with the participation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan:
“Three thousand residences will be reserved for THY and its subsidiary employees, and all 75 thousand THY family members will be eligible. Only the president or higher managers and, if any, first-degree employees will be able to have their relatives. Also, another important condition is that our employees do not have their own or their spouse’s home. Our employees, who need a house, have a house in Emlak Konut quality close to Istanbul Airport.”
