Accordingly, as of May 5, the gross foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank decreased by 59 million dollars to 68 billion 412 million dollars. Gross foreign exchange reserves were at the level of 68 billion 471 million dollars on April 28.
In the said period, gold reserves decreased by 693 million dollars from 46 billion 413 million dollars to 45 billion 720 million dollars.
Thus, the Central Bank’s total reserves decreased from 114 billion 884 million dollars to 114 billion 132 million dollars in the week of May 5, with a decrease of 752 million dollars compared to the previous week.
