Weekly Money and Bank Statistics were published by the CBRT.
Accordingly, as of May 12, the gross foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank decreased by 7 billion 597 million dollars to 60 billion 815 million dollars. Gross foreign exchange reserves were at the level of 68 billion 412 million dollars on 5 May.
In the said period, gold reserves decreased by 1 billion 408 million dollars from 45 billion 720 million dollars to 44 billion 312 million dollars.
Thus, the Central Bank’s total reserves decreased from 114 billion 132 million dollars to 105 billion 127 million dollars in the week of May 12, with a decrease of 9 billion 5 million dollars compared to the previous week.
