According to Turkey Electricity Transmission Inc. data, the highest electricity consumption on an hourly basis was at 21.00 with 34 thousand 755 megawatt-hours, and the lowest consumption was at 07.00 with 24 thousand 938 megawatt-hours.

On a daily basis, 711 thousand 794 megawatt-hours of electricity was produced yesterday, and consumption was recorded as 725 thousand 580 megawatt-hours.

Hydroelectric power plants with dams took the first place in production with 18.7 percent. This was followed by imported coal with 16.3 percent and fluvial power plants with 14.3 percent.

Turkey made 1839 megawatt hours of electricity exports and 15,625 megawatts of electricity imports yesterday.
