Weekly Money and Bank Statistics were published by the CBRT.
Accordingly, as of May 26, the gross foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank decreased by 2 billion 306 million dollars to 56 billion 519 million dollars. Gross foreign exchange reserves were at the level of 58 billion 825 million dollars on May 18.
In the said period, gold reserves decreased by 826 million dollars from 42 billion 765 million dollars to 41 billion 939 million dollars.
Thus, the Central Bank’s total reserves decreased from 101 billion 590 million dollars to 98 billion 458 million dollars in the week of May 26, with a decrease of 3 billion 132 million dollars compared to the previous week.
