According to the CMB’s weekly bulletin, the board approved the IPO application of Forte Bilgi at 12.12 liras, Katılımevim at 13.43 liras, A1 Capital and Pacific Eurasia at 25 liras.

The Board agreed that Türk Traktör ve Ziraat Makineleri A.Ş. has 46 million 697 thousand 875 liras, Kiler Holding A.Ş. has 975 million liras, Ahlatçı Natural Gas Distribution Energy and Investment Inc. 80 million 500 thousand liras, Dynamic Isı Makine Yalitım Malzemeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ’s 18 million 538 thousand 423.05 lira from internal resources and 21 million 370 thousand 951.95 lira from the profit share approved the capital increase.

The Board also approved the 2 million 500 thousand TL capital increase of Öncü Venture Capital Investment Trust AŞ.

CMB, Akın Tekstil A.Ş. (ATEKS) decided to impose an administrative fine of 69 thousand 783 liras on a name in relation to the transactions carried out in the share market between 18.11.2022-05.12.2022.

As a result of the examination, the CMB decided to file a criminal complaint against one person, Vakıf Menkul Kıymet Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. (VKFYO) has decided to impose a temporary ban on trading for 6 months, starting with the transactions dated 02.06.2023, for 6 persons due to reasonable suspicion that the act listed in Article 107/1 of the Capital Markets Law (CMB) numbered 6362 has been committed in the transactions carried out in the stock market.

The Board decided to take the necessary legal actions to prevent access to 52 websites determined to have leveraged transactions abroad for people residing in Turkey.
