According to the latest evaluations made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, the rainy system will be effective in partly and very cloudy interiors throughout the country at the weekend.
It is predicted that precipitation will be in the form of showers and thunderstorms in the east of Central Anatolia and the inner parts of the Central Black Sea on Saturday, and on Sunday in the south of Central Anatolia, the inner parts of the Western Mediterranean and the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea.
No precipitation is expected in Ankara, Istanbul and Izmir at the weekend. While the temperatures are expected to be around seasonal normals, the highest temperatures of the day are expected to be around 26 degrees Celsius in Ankara, 23 degrees Celsius in Samsun, 25 degrees Celsius in Istanbul, 30 degrees Celsius in Izmir and 34 degrees Celsius in Diyarbakir.
