According to the announcement on the Competition Authority’s website; Alphabet Inc., Google LLC, Google International LLC, Google Ireland Limited and Google Advertising and Marketing Ltd. Ltd. Şti. has been concluded by the Competition Board on the allegation that the economic integrity of the company violates Article 6 of the Law No. 4054, with regard to the activities of online display advertising and advertising technology services.
Discussing the information, documents and findings obtained in the preliminary research at its meeting on 18 May, the Competition Board found the findings serious and sufficient; In order to determine whether it violates Article 6 of Law No. 4054; Alphabet Inc., Google LLC, Google International LLC, Google Ireland Limited and Google Advertising and Marketing Ltd. Şti. to open an investigation into the economic integrity.
