The Ministry’s announcement on the subject was published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, within the scope of the European Union (EU) Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) Energy Sector Program Phase 4 Project, consultancy services will be received for environmental and social constraint analysis for offshore wind energy field development studies in Turkey.
The advisory service will include conducting environmental and social constraint analysis in specific areas, bird migration and marine biodiversity surveys, and preparation of other relevant technical reports.
Those concerned will be able to get detailed information from the Project Implementation Unit of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, General Directorate of Foreign Relations, Foreign Capital Coordination Department, between 10.00-16.00 on working days.
Bidders must submit their declarations of interest in person, by post or e-mail, in writing, by 28 July at 14:00.
