The amendment made by the Ministry of Commerce in the regulation of the trade of second-hand motor land vehicles was published in the Official Gazette.
According to the decision, the marketing of second-hand vehicles at a price above the zero current selling price recommended by the manufacturer or distributor is prohibited until January 1, 2024.
In addition, internet sales sites where second-hand vehicles are sold will be obliged to forward all the information of the advertisers who violate the decision to the ministry in accordance with the requests of the ministry.
The regulation will enter into force on 15 July.
