With the recycling of wastes processed by enterprises licensed by the Ministry, 703 million kilowatt-hours of energy, 711 million cubic meters of water, 82 million cubic meters of storage space and 108 million barrels of oil were saved. While 4.9 million tons of greenhouse gas emissions were prevented with Zero Waste, 432 million trees were saved from being cut down.
