Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Minister Mehmet Özhaseki announced that within the scope of the ‘On-Site Transformation Project’, a grant of 500 thousand TL for residences and 250 thousand TL for workplaces will be given to disaster victims who will construct their own structure on site.

In addition, it will be possible to use interest-free loans between 500 thousand and 800 thousand TL for residences and between 250 thousand and 500 thousand TL for workplaces.


Building owners will be able to receive a grant for a single flat.

Minister Özhaseki also explained how the beneficiaries will benefit from the support provided.

Accordingly, those who have more than one flat and their married children live in these flats will also be considered beneficiaries. Citizens who own the entire building will be able to receive a grant for one flat and a loan for up to 3 flats for the other flats.


Citizens’ rights will be protected

Type contracts will be prepared by the ministry to support contractors and land owners. Sanctions will be determined in case the work is delayed or cannot be completed.

Citizens’ rights will be protected to the fullest. If necessary, TOKİ will complete the house.
