3 billion 669 million 976 thousand 566 lira title deed fee income was obtained from 208 thousand 424 real estate sales transactions carried out in June.
Of this, 80 thousand 504 were residences, 37 thousand 619 land, 66 thousand 57 fields, 8 thousand 572 workplaces, and the rest were sales of other immovable properties.
The province where the most real estate was sold was Istanbul with 23 thousand 859 transactions.
Istanbul with 13 thousand 95 sales, Ankara with 9 thousand 699, Bursa with 8 thousand 169, Antalya with 7 thousand 348, Konya with 7 thousand 13, Tekirdağ with 5 thousand 993, Gaziantep with 5 thousand 689, Balıkesir with 5 thousand 381. and Kocaeli with 5 thousand 330.
