According to the CMB statement, the Board, in order to prevent transactions aimed at creating artificial markets within the scope of the transactions carried out in the Euro Menkul Kıymet Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ (EUYO) share market between 3 July 2023 and 18 July 2023; In accordance with Article 101/1 of the Capital Markets Law No. 6362 and Articles 5/1 and 6/1 of the Communiqué on Measures to be Applied in Information Abuse and Market Fraud Investigation No. V-101.1, it has been decided to impose a temporary ban on trading for 6 months, starting with the transactions dated 20 July 2023, on 5 persons.
