Turkish Statistical Institute announced the turnover indexes for June.
Accordingly, the turnover index in industry, construction, trade and service sectors increased by 53.4 percent on an annual basis in June. Looking at the sub-details of the total turnover, the annual industry sector turnover index increased by 42.5 percent, the construction turnover index by 74 percent, the trade turnover index by 58.3 percent, and the service turnover index by 55.8 percent in June.
Monthly changes
The turnover index in industry, construction, trade and service sectors increased by 5.9 percent on a monthly basis in June. Looking at the sub-details of the total turnover, an increase of 10.7 percent in the industrial sector turnover index, 3 percent in the construction turnover index, 4.2 percent in the trade turnover index and 3.3 percent in the service turnover index was observed in June.
