The Ministry of Treasury and Finance announced the results of the budget implementation for the month of July.

Accordingly, in July, budget revenues increased by 156.1 percent compared to the same month of the previous year and reached 504 billion 413 million liras, while budget expenditures increased by 74.7 percent to 455 billion 840 million liras.

In the January-July period, budget revenues increased by 63.1 percent compared to the same period of the previous year and reached 2 trillion 384 billion 763 million liras. Budget expenditures increased by 96.8 percent in the same period and reached 2 trillion 819 billion 416 million liras.

Thus, the central government budget posted a surplus of 48 billion 574 million liras in July, and a deficit of 434 billion 654 million liras in the January-July period.
