Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Mehmet Özhaseki, gave the good news that TOKİ would launch a campaign regarding the houses built before June 21, 2022.
According to the statement made by TOKİ, the 25 percent discount campaign will start today and end on October 19. There will be a 25 percent discount for residential and business buyers who pay their debt in advance.
Partial payment possibility
Citizens who cannot pay off their entire debt balance will also be able to benefit from the 25 percent discount campaign.
Citizens who cannot pay off the entire debt will be able to benefit from the 25 percent discount campaign on their cash payments, provided that they are not less than 25 percent of the debt balance.
Conditions to benefit from the campaign
Residential and workplace buyers in the projects included in the discount application are required to first make the installment payments for the month in which the debt is paid off, as of the application date. In addition, there should be no retroactive installment and property tax debts.
Buyers of residences and workplaces whose repayment installments have started by the end of June 2022 at the latest will be able to benefit from the campaign. Housing and business buyers whose installments are 12 months or less will not be able to benefit from the discount campaign.
Residential and business buyers who want to benefit from the campaign will be able to use housing loans from intermediary banks with which they have signed the Real Estate Sales Agreement.
