The property price index data for the period November 2023 was announced by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey.

The KPI (2017=100), which is calculated to monitor the quality-adjusted price changes of houses in Turkey, increased by 1.9 percent in November compared to the previous month, reaching 1150.4.

While the KPI rose 82.8 percent on an annual basis in November, the real increase over the period was 12.4 percent.

Looking at the KPI change for three major provinces, a month-on-month increase of 0.8, 1.8 and 2.8 percent was observed in November in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, respectively.

Compared to the same month last year, the index values ​​rose by 69.2 percent in Istanbul, by 96.3 percent in Ankara and by 76.9 percent in Izmir.
